What's Happening the Next Several Weeks!

So, the Boulder area is going to be host to some really fun conferences and festivals over the next several weekends for those of you interested in tea and the Paleo diet and lifestyle!

Coming up first, is going to be the Rocky Mountain Tea Festival, hosted by the Dushanbe Tea House in downtown Boulder. It will be Saturday and Sunday, July 30-31, 2016.

The tea classes will be on Saturday, and if you are interested in taking the classes I would sign up and pay for the classes as soon as possible, because there are only so many spaces. There is going to be a traditional Dim Sum meal paired with tea on Sunday, reservations only. There will also be a Tea Bazaar both days, no tickets required if you just want to drop in and see what it is all about. This will be my 5th year attending, and it is a total blast every year, so much fun. If y'all are interested in going, drop me an email so you can maybe meet me there if you haven't met me yet.

The second conference that I am really excited about is going to be the Ancestral Health Symposium 2016, August 11-13 at the CU campus in Boulder, with early registration on the 10th. This will be my first time to the conference, and I am going as a blogger! One of my favorite authors of all time, Dr. Sarah Ballantyne, will be there as one of the speakers, and I am hoping to be able to meet her. I don't know what the conference will be like, but I have no doubt that I will learn a ton of information that I didn't know before about how best to optimize my health. I found out about it when I went to Boulder's Paleo restaurant, the Blooming Beets Kitchen. If anyone else in the Denver-Boulder area is at all interested in going to a conference like this that is all about learning how best to optimize health and quality of life, I urge you to take advantage of the fact that AHS16 will be in the local area this year!
