In this class I will use the Gong Fu method to brew the two main white teas produced in China.  There are actually only three white teas produced in the world.  Participants will be taught how to use the scenting and tasting cups correctly during the tea tasting, and we will discuss which tea each participant prefers.  We will discuss the way white teas are processed, and how the production of white teas are now beginning to take place in countries besides China.  I will also give a brief history of white tea in China.
