I will use the Gong Fu method to brew six black teas, four from China and two from India.  We will be able to explore very different styles of Chinese black teas and compare and contrast them with the two teas from India.  I will ask everyone which tea is their favorite and if any of the teas brought to mind images, scents, or memories.  I will explain the differences between the way Chinese and Indian black teas are processed and a short history of the development of the tea industry in India.
