In Paleo High Tea for Two, I will prepare my own grain-free versions of High Tea foods presented on a traditional 3-teired tray and a pot of premium tea selected based on the weather and time of year.  The snacks on offer will be grain and gluten free, but they will contain almond and other nut flours and honey or pure maple syrup.  If you have nut allergies or allergies to products made by bees I would not recommend you opt for the Paleo High Tea.
