In this presentation, I use the Gong Fu method of brewing tea to introduce the group to all six major classes of tea, one tea from each class.  I believe in teaching my students how to appreciate the different aromas and tasting notes distict to each class of tea.  Each person will be taught how to use both scenting and tasting cups correctly and be invited to share if the aroma or taste remind them of any memories they have, either scent or images. I will give an overview of the six classes of tea, where the teas we will taste are grown, and a brief history of tea consumption from ancient times to modern day.
