In this class, we will taste green teas from both China and Japan.  

I will explain the history of the production of green tea in China, and also a history of the production of green tea in Japan.  I will also explain how it is processed in China and Japan, and the differences between the two processing methods.  I will ask each person which countries' green tea they prefer, and what their favorite overall tea was.  Each person will be able to explain if any of the teas brought forth images, scents or memories into their minds.
