We will taste three authentic yellow teas of China.  Currently, there are very few true yellow teas in production in China.  I will explain the difference in processing between a yellow and green tea, and I will ask each person which yellow tea is their favorite.  I will explore why yellow teas are now so rare, and I will ask each person if any of the teas brought scents, images or memories to their mind.
