If you think you would enjoy a wine tasting, than you will definetely enjoy my classes!  If you are new to tea, I would recommend starting with the introductory class, "Six Classes of Tea".  If you would like to take the other classes, you may do them in any order, though I may recommend certain classes over others depending on the time of year and weather we are experiencing.  It is not always pleasant to do a white tea class with freezing temperatures and a couple feet of snow on the ground!  The same goes for the puerh or black tea class; it may not be pleasant to do that class in the middle of summer with high temperatures.
