4 Stars

The writing and editing of the ARC version of the manuscript was clean, with no typos that I found and pretty sentence structure. The world building was quite good, with this contemporary omegaverse world coming to vivid life. The characterization was well done, with the heroine and three heroes being sympathetic individuals with strengths and weaknesses. The development of the romantic relationship was sweet and hot. Five chili peppers. The plot and pacing were tight and exciting, meaning I read this novel in one sitting. There was a medium amount of angst on the part of the heroine which was a bit of a trial to read, but there were also very high stakes which meant I enjoyed this story quite a bit in spite of that. This novel used the Office Romance trope, the Playboy trope, the Partner in Trouble trope, and the Mating Bond trope common to omegaverse romances. The world building, plot and pacing were all four stars in this novel. The characterization and development of the romantic relationship were also four stars. I therefore gave this novel a combined rating of four stars. This novel ended on a Happy Ever After ending instead of a cliffhanger, so that was a big plus. I recommend this novel to readers who enjoy romantic suspense novels, m/f omegaverse romances, and reverse harem or menage romances. I look forward to reading the next book in this series when it releases, and I hope this author continues writing m/f omegaverse romances for many years to come. I plan to buy myself a keeper copy of this novel and keeper copies of this whole series.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
