I will list here all the implements that I use every day to make tea. It is a long list, but I use every item on it almost every day.

To make my morning Paleo Tibetan Tea Latte, I use all these implements; I would use all of them whenever I would make a tea latte of any description.

To brew a cup or pot of tea western-style, I use the Bodum Brazil French press, 34 oz. I will probably replace it with the Bodum Chambord 34 oz. French press when it wears out. For a large pot of tea, say a 45 oz. or 55 oz. pot, I will brew the tea in the Mist Cold-Brew Iced Tea Pitcher, then pour the tea into the pot when I want it to stop brewing. All these brewing implements I use for the Two-Pot Method of brewing tea. I have found the best flavor results from using this method.

To brew sun tea I use the Mist Cold-Brew Iced Tea Pitcher. I set it out in the sun with 12 grams of loose-leaf tea inside of it for 30 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, based on how hot it is that day or how likely that particular tea is to get bitter if set out in the sun too long.

The tea implements that I use with all my tea brewing methods, including Gong Fu Cha, which is the Chinese tea ceremony, are as follows. I use the Breville Teavana Variable Temperature Glass Tea Kettle to heat the water for hot tea. I use a digital timer with minutes, seconds, and hours to time my tea correctly. I also use a Chinese lab scale to measure my tea correctly every time. I bought mine from the Pheonix Collection over the phone. The phone number is (415) 488-9017 and the item catalog number is 8705 and it is $50.00. He has one that is fancier and the catalog number is 8706. It is $70.00 and has a max wight of 200 grams, whereas the one I bought has a max weight of 100 grams. I have never needed the fancier one, and I use mine multiple times a day.

These three items are invaluable if you are serious about having a tea hobby. All these implements have made the preparation of loose-leaf tea at home much easier and more tasty.
