My Tea Collection: I'm Obsessed!

I recently had a professional organizer help me clean out and organize my office. It was a wonderful experience, and one of the things we did was clear junk out of this bookcase and put all the tea that I had scattered throughout the house in this one spot.
I want to make one thing clear; though most of the tea tins say Teavana, none of my tea is from Teavana. I just like their tea tins. I have the shelves organized and labeled according to the class of tea. This process was made much easier with a labeler. On the bottom shelf, I have flavored tea, herbal tea, and white tea. The middle shelf has oolong tea, black tea, and yellow tea. The top shelf has green tea and puerh tea. The two boxes on top contain tea that would not fit in the tea tin, samples, and miscellaneous small quantities of tea.
When I looked at how much tea I really had, I realized that I might be slightly obsessed! For sure, I am into tea the way some people are into wine. This picture is just of my tea, and does not include my extensive collection of tea preparation implements, teapots, tea sets from Japan, Morocco, China, and England, gaiwan sets, Yixing teapots, Gong Fu tea preparation tools, Japanese tea bowls, and a everything necessary to serve English High Tea, including small plates with matching tea cups and two traditional three-tiered trays.
What does your tea shelf look like? What are the hobbies that take up lots of room in your house? Do you have several, like me? What do your bookshelves look like? Until next time!
